ORIENTAL PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
1 1/4 c. water
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. can chow mein vegetables, drained
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain wild rice
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. celery, cut diagonally
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick

Place all ingredients, except pork chops, in a bowl and mix well. Pour into greased 3 quart flat casserole and arrange pork chops on top. Salt and pepper chops. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 20 minutes. Serve with soy sauce.
