PERFECT POT LUCK CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup
2 c. cooked med. or green cut beans
1 c. cooked corn
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt

In saucepan brown beef and cook onion until tender; stir to separate meat. Pour off fat. Stir in 3/4 cup cheese and remaining ingredients. Spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts. Makes about 5 cups.
