POT LUCK BAKED BEANS 
1 (48 oz.) jar cooked great northern beans
1 1/2 lbs. lean ham, cut in 1" cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 lg. sweet onion, chopped

Combine all ingredients; mix gently but well. Place in bean pot or casserole. Bake at 300 degrees, uncovered for 4 to 5 hours; cover during last hour. Or heat on low in slow cooker overnight. Serves 10 to 12.
