PINEAPPLE SALAD 
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
3 tbsp. flour
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 stick butter, melted

Mix pineapple juice and flour in skillet. Add sugar, pineapple and cheese. Heat. Pour into 9"x9" greased pan. Top with Ritz crackers. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. For 9"x13" pan, triple recipe.
