HONEY AND CINNAMON CANDIED YAMS 
6 lg. yams, cooked, peeled, cut up

1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. cold water

1 1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. lemon rind
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
Salt
3-6 tbsp. butter

Boil until thick and clear. Pour over yams. Heat 25 minutes in oven. I make these in the crock pot set on medium.
