HUNTERS STEW 
1 1/2 lb. venison hamburger
Sliced onion
Sliced celery
Sliced carrots
Sliced potatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper

Brown hamburger. Put in roaster or large casserole. Layer on top sliced onion, sliced celery, sliced carrots, sliced potatoes, as many as you like of each. Mix together tomato soup, mushroom soup and water. Season layers to your taste. Pour soups over meat and vegetables.

Bake 2 1/2 - 3 hours at 350 degrees. Cover for first half time. Uncover and bake until vegetables are done. (Can put casserole on a cookie sheet as it likes to bubble over.)
