HUNTER'S STEW 
1 1/2 lb. venison, moose, elk, or beef hamburger
Few slices of onion
1/2 tsp. chopped green pepper, can add more if desired
4 stalks of celery, chopped
4-5 carrots, sliced
4-5 potatoes, sliced, can par-boil
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Seasonings as you desire

Boil the meat for 20-30 minutes. Cut in bite size pieces. Place in bottom of casserole dish with the slices of onion. Add the rest of the ingredients and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours or until done.
