1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar

Bring to a boil, boil for 1 minute.

Add:

1/2 c. peanut butter
2 to 2 1/2 c. quick oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut (optional)

Mix well and drop by spoonful onto waxed paper. Let harden.
