2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa

Mix sugar, butter and cocoa in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add peanut butter and mix well. Remove from heat and add oatmeal. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool.
