BACON ASPARAGUS QUICHE 
4 SERVINGS:

1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1 (9") pastry shell
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
1 c. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes
3 eggs
1 c. half & half or undiluted milk
Dash salt & pepper
1 tsp. tarragon & savory

8 SERVINGS:

1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
4 tsp. Dijon style mustard
2 (9") pastry shells
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen asparagus
2 c. Swiss cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes
6 eggs
2 c. half & half or undiluted milk
Dash salt & pepper
2 tsp. tarragon & savory

Bake crust at 375 degrees for 15 minutes (not completely browned).

Sprinkle crust with bacon and arrange cut up asparagus. Sprinkle with 1/2 Swiss cheese. Mix eggs, cream, salt, pepper, tarragon and savory and pour over mixture in shell. Top with remaining cheese and asparagus tips. Bake about 25 to 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
