ARTICHOKE HEART CASSEROLE 
3 c. canned artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
1 heaping tsp. onion flakes
1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
1/2 to 3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs, flavored with oregano and cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. pure olive oil
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix well in casserole dish. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve 6.
