MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS 
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
1 c. artichoke hearts

Combine all ingredients except artichokes. Drain artichokes and cut into bite- size pieces. Add to liquid mixture, coat all well and refrigerate overnight.
