BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
2 c. crushed graham crackers 1/2 c. melted butter 2 eggs 2 c. sifted powdered sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained 2-3 bananas, sliced 9 oz. Cool Whip 1/2 c. chopped nuts Mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan to make crust. Refrigerate during next step. Beat 2 eggs, powdered sugar, 3/4 cup butter and vanilla for 2 minutes. Spread over crust. Spread pineapple over filling and top with sliced bananas. Spread Cool Whip over all and sprinkle with nuts. Chill overnight before serving. |
