1 sm. can tomatoes
1 (1 lb.) can Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
4 slices of bread, toasted

Heat tomatoes to boiling point; add cheese. Simmer until cheese is combined with tomatoes into thick sauce. Place toast on individual plates; pour sauce over top. Yield: 4 servings.
