MEXICAN CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 onion 1 can hot tamales 1 can ranch style beans 1 can chili 1/2 c. water Lg. tortillas, corn Grated cheese Fry hamburger and onion; drain off grease. Add chili and 1/2 can water. Heat until warm. Line pan with tortillas. Cut up half the can of tomatoes. Put half can ranch style beans. Pour in half of meat mixture. Top with grated cheese. Repeat mixture. Cover with foil. Bake 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees. |
