BROCCOLI-MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. broccoli
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Cook broccoli until tender, not soft. Drain. Spread in 1 quart baking dish. Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Pour mushrooms and butter over broccoli, add cheese. Save 1/4 cup for top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
