BROCCOLI MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
1 onion, chopped butter 3 pkg. frozen broccoli spears 1 med. can mushrooms 2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. garlic cheese 1 tsp. Accent 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs Saute onion until tender. Cook frozen broccoli until tender. Combine onions and broccoli with mushrooms, soup, garlic cheese, Accent and mix thoroughly. Add 3/4 of the almonds. Mix. Cover with crumbs and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. |
