CAJUN RED BEANS AND RICE 
2 lbs. dry pinto beans
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 c. chopped green onions (including tops)
1 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. Tabasco sauce (or to taste)
Garlic salt to taste
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
Cooked rice

Cook beans according to directions. Add all ingredients to the pot of beans and simmer about 20 minutes. Add sausage and simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
