OVEN ROAST POTATOES 
1 envelope Lipton onion soup
2 lbs. potatoes, cut into lg. chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large container add all ingredients, stir until all are coated with oil and soup. Pour into shallow baking pan. Bake 40 minutes until tender and golden brown. Garnish with parsley. Serves 8.

If the potatos are big, you might want to slice in half. The middle might not be done at this time frame. Maybe be a longer time with a lower temperature. With small potatoes, this recipe works well.
