1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into lg. chunks
1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil
Large plastic bag

Add all ingredients to bag. Shake until coated. Pour into shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake, stirring occasionally for 40 minutes or until tender and brown at 450 degrees.
