6 med. baking potatoes, peeled & cut into 1 1/2" chunks
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove

Melt butter and add salt, pepper and garlic clove. Pour over and toss to coat. Bake at 375 degrees for 55-60 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.
