OVEN ROASTED POTATOES | |
Small boiling potatoes 1/2 stick butter Peel and parboil small potatoes about 5 to 10 minutes. Drain. With spatula, toss potatoes with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in covered casserole dish with about 1/4 cup of water. Roast at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove cover from casserole for the last 10 minutes. Garnish with paprika or parsley as desired. |
