2 cans chunky mushroom soup 1 (16 oz.) can whole potatoes, drained, quartered 1 (8 oz.) can whole oysters, packed in water, drained 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can clams, chopped, no drained 2 tbsp. dry sherry wine (optional) Green onions, thinly sliced for garnish Put soup and potatoes in a 4 to 5 quart saucepot. Simmer 5 minutes. Add oysters, clams and sherry, simmer 2 more minutes. Garnish with green onions. Makes 7 1/2 cups. 354 calories per serving. |
