SEAFOOD BISQUE 
2 lb. (5 cup) frozen crabmeat, shrimp or seafood mixture, thawed, drained, flaked
51 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 qt. milk
1 qt. half and half

Combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Yield: 20 1 cup servings.
