SHE-CRAB BISQUE | |
1 c. butter 1/2 c. flour 2/3 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. Old Bay Seafood seasoning 1 qt. half and half 2/3 c. sherry 1 lb. crabmeat In double boiler over medium high heat melt butter and flour. Add salt, Old Bay and half and half. Stir until smooth consistency. Bring to a medium thickness, stirring constantly. Add sherry. Cook additional 3-5 minutes. Stir in crabmeat. |
