SEAFOOD BISQUE 
6 tsp. butter
4 tsp. green pepper
1 scallion (chopped)
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 c. chopped mushrooms (fresh)
2 tsp. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. ground mace
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 c. crab/scallops or shrimp
3 tsp. dry sherry (optional)

In skillet, heat 4 tablespoons butter. Add scallion, green pepper, parsley and mushrooms; saute until soft but not brown. Set aside. In large saucepan heat remaining butter, remove from heat. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add seafood, sauteed vegetables, half and half and evaporated milk. Simmer 45 minutes.
