WINTER BISQUE | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed 2 1/3 c. milk 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed 1 (10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 c. cooked rice 1 (6 oz.) bag cooked tiny shrimp, thawed and drained Dash of ground nutmeg (optional) In large saucepan, stir cream cheese and milk over medium heat until cream cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring occasionally until Velveeta is melted. Garnish with nutmeg and fresh herbs, if desired. Makes 7 (1 cup) servings. |
