WINTER BISQUE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 c. milk OR 2 c. half and half and 2 c. milk
1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
1/3 c. dry white wine
1 pkg. frozen shrimp, thawed and drained

In saucepan melt cream cheese and Velveeta; use wire whisk until smooth. Stir constantly until melted. Add the rest of the ingredients; stir until blended. Heat thoroughly.
