BREAKFAST RING 
1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. refrigerated (10) biscuits

Mix sugar, butter, and water in a 1 1/2 quart round baking dish. Microwave one minute or until butter melts. Stir in nuts. Cut each biscuit into flour equal pieces. Add to sugar mixture. Stir to coat each piece. Move mixture to edges. Place a custard cup upside down in the center of the round dish. Microwave on high three minutes rotating every minute. Remove from oven. Let stand two minutes. Invert on serving platter and serve immediately. Serves 4-5.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
