DADDY'S SHRIMP SALAD 
My father makes this for all holidays and special occasions and it just isn't Christmas without it! There is NEVER any left and he quadruples the following recipe.

1 Bag of cooked, peeled and deveined medium shrimp.
2 15 oz. cans VegAll or mixed vegetables
2 large stalks celery, chopped (may use food processor)
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 t. Old Bay seasoning

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Remove tails from shrimp. If using medium or larger shrimp, cut into bite-size pieces. Rinse.

Drain Vegetables and add to shrimp. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate.

Serve chilled.

Liked the recipe and nice for a summer day. Tried to cut in half for 2 people. I would have preferred more "Old Bay" and a Dijon Mustard rather than the "stone ground" I used. Will do it again. Nice with "Beer Bread"
