BAKERY FROSTING 
1 c. Crisco
3/4 c. flour, omit 3 tbsp. from regular flour
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix Crisco and flour, add sugar and water little at a time. Add more sugar and water using low speed of mixer. Add flavoring.
