FRENCH STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. med. sized mushrooms
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. (2 oz.) chopped Bleu cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. basil

Remove stems from mushrooms; chop. Combine with bread crumbs, cheese, butter and basil. Mix well. Fill mushrooms caps and place on rack of broiler pan. (Can be done in advance up to this point.)
