CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 stick butter
4 eggs

Heat water and butter to boiling; reduce heat and add flour. Stir quickly over low heat until mix forms a ball. Remove from heat and let cool. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.

Bake in greased muffin tins at 400°F for 30 minutes. Remove from tins and let cool. Split puffs and fill with pudding mixture.

Filling:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small carton Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix with milk; let thicken, and fold in Cool Whip and vanilla.
