PINEAPPLE CREAM PUFFS
8 oz. Cool Whip 3 oz. cream cheese 20 oz. crushed pineapple 2 bags Stella Dora Anginetta Drain pineapple thoroughly. Mix Cool Whip and cream cheese, then add pineapple. Cut Anginetti's crosswise, stuff, replace tops.

Used to make these...SOOOO GOOD...unfortunately Stella D'Oro no longer makes the anginetti cookies!! The filling, however, is still good on cakes, cupcakes, anything!
