CREAM PUFF 
Preheat oven at 400 degrees.

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
6 eggs
Whip cream (Cool Whip) or custard filling, then icing

In pan heat water, salt, butter heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat quickly stir in flour with spoon until it makes a ball. Remove from heat and quickly mix with the beaters the eggs, one at a time, beat until smooth.

Drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven (10 minutes), lower heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes. Puffs are ready when double in size, golden brown, and firm to touch. Take out of oven, split sides and put back in oven, let set for 10 minutes, fill and icing.
