SOUR CREAM FETTUCCINE 
1 lb. fettuccine
1 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. fresh broccoli (cut in pieces)
1 c. cooked chicken (cubed) or cooked shrimp, ham, etc.

Cook fettuccine until tender and drain. Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup water for approximately 5 minutes, drain well, add chicken cubes (or other meats) to broccoli and keep warm while preparing the sauce. Combine sour cream, whipping cream and butter in saucepan. Heat on low, stirring constantly (do not boil). Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix fettuccine, broccoli and chicken with sauce, serve immediately. Serves 8.
