SOUR CREAM RAISIN SAUCE (SERVE
WITH BAKED HAM)
 
Pour enough boiling water over 1/2 cup raisins to cover. Let stand 10 minutes and drain well. Combine 2 cups sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon horseradish and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Chill - makes 2 cups.
