CHICKEN BROCCOLI BAKE 
2-3 cooked chicken breasts
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion (grated)
1 sm. box frozen broccoli, thawed
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Milk
10 saltine crackers (crushed)
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove chicken from the bone and break into small pieces. In a 2 quart casserole combine chicken, broccoli, cheese, onion, cream of mushroom soup. Fill the empty soup can with milk and add to casserole.

In a small bowl whip egg with a fork then add to casserole. Mix up the casserole evenly.

In a separate bowl combine crackers and garlic salt. Spread this over the casserole and dot with the butter. Bake covered in the oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and serve.
