CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
4 chicken breasts
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can of sliced mushrooms if you like
3/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs browned in 1 tbsp. butter

Cook chicken, bone and cool in broth overnight. Cook broccoli in salted water 4 minutes. Drain. Arrange broccoli in a greased 9 x 12 inch pan; arrange chicken pieces. (I heat just enough to melt the jelly and drain well). Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over chicken, sprinkle cheese over top and then the crumbs. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. (Can be prepared ahead and refrigerated).
