PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. canned milk
2 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar and milk until a soft ball stage. Add peanut butter and boil on low heat (a few minutes) until it forms a soft ball in cold water. Add butter and vanilla. Beat until thick and creamy. Pur in buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Cut when partially set. Can also be cooked in microwave, but put in a large pan so it doesn't boil over.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
