ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lg. can enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese
1 lg. bag Doritos (nacho cheese)
2 env. of taco seasoning
1 can refried beans

Brown ground chuck, drain grease, go according to directions on taco package. Then add enchilada sauce, refried beans. Then layer in 9 x 13 baking pan, first Doritos, second meat mixture; third cheese. Continue until out of ingredients. Bake in oven 250 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
