MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1 med. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild)
2 sm. cans green chilies, chopped
1 (12 to 14 oz.) bag Doritos
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated

Brown meat, drain, and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground cumin. Add onions, chilies, soup, and enchilada sauce. Heat thoroughly. Layer Doritos and meat mixture, ending with the meat mixture. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Stand some whole Doritos around the sides. Heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese melts. Serves 6.
