MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger or chili meat
1 bag Doritos corn chips
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook onion and meat; add: 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. red pepper Salt to taste

Mix soup and tomatoes together. Layer in a baking dish, coarsely crushed chips on bottom, then meat, soup mix, then layer again. Add cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
