MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cooked and boned
1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1/2 can chicken broth
1 chopped onion
1 (63 oz.) pkg. Doritos
2 c. grated cheese

Mix all ingredients except chicken, Doritos and cheese. In a casserole dish, put a layer of Doritos, a layer of soup mixture, a layer of chicken, a layer of soup mixture and a layer of Doritos. Top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve with more Doritos, if desired.
