MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, boiled, deboned and cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
1/2 can chicken broth
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg. Doritos

Mix soups, broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil. In casserole dish make two layers of chicken, soup mixture, chips and cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
