TACO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Mexican style beans
1 can Ro-Tel
1 lb. hamburger
Garlic salt
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. bag tortilla chips
1 sm. onion

In a kettle combine: 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can Mexican style beans, 1 can Ro-Tel. Let this simmer while you cook in another kettle. Cook 1 pound hamburger and small chopped onion, salt and pepper. Drain grease and add 1 package of taco seasoning and garlic salt.

Add meat mixture to liquid mixture. In 9x13 cake pan crush chips (layer chips in bottom of pan). Pour liquid mixture over chips, add cheese to top. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Only comment is to make easy gluten free... saute chicken shredded and mushrooms add 1 cup cream and 1/3 cup water, simmer and use as soups listed. Thanks, great recipe.
