SPICED PECANS | |
1 egg white 1 tsp. cold water 1 lb. pecans 1/2 c. sugar 1/3 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Beat egg white and water until just frothy. Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add nuts and coat thoroughly. Place in buttered 9"x13" pan. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. |
