PORK CHOPS AND BAKED BEANS 
8 med. pork chops
3 standard size cans baked beans or 1 lg. can
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt (optional)

In a large bowl, mix beans, brown sugar, and ketchup. Pour half of beans in a large casserole dish. Follow with 4 pork chops. Add remaining beans. Follow with 4 pork chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until pork chops are tender. Serve with cornbread.
