1 lb. hamburger
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/3 c. tomato paste or ketchup
1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Place meat, milk, bread crumbs, garlic and salt in a pie pan. Mix thoroughly. Spread on bottom and up sides of pan pressing firmly in place. Spread tomato sauce over meat. Sprinkle mushrooms over top and top with cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 4 or 5.
