CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING 
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 c. stale bread, cubed
2 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Put cubed bread in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Heat milk and butter until very hot. Add eggs, chocolate, sugar, salt and vanilla. Mix until blended. Pour over bread (do not stir). Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
